Brief:

Mr. Iscoa joined RCS is 2017 and has over five years of experience with on-site construction supervision and project management, specializing in the evaluation of urban transportation projects. In his role as project engineer at Royal Consulting Services, Mr. Iscoa provides support to construction management staff in the areas of estimating, scheduling, and engineering inspection for construction projects. Mr. Iscoa is knowledgeable in the construction methods and sequencing of structural civil construction projects as well as managing these projects. He has experience providing site supervision, coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, completing daily, weekly, and monthly project reporting, conducting engineering inspections, and representing clients. Mr. Iscoa also has basic knowledge of engineering and construction software such as AutoCAD, Civil-3D, GIS, and CostX and recently completed a training course in Groundwater Modeling. Mr. Iscoa is fluent in both English and Spanish, helping to breach the gap in the diverse client market of Central and South Florida.
