Brief:

Mr. Phaphilom began his career with Royal Consulting Services, Inc. as an intern in 2021 while pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology at Seminole State College. After his graduation in 2022, Mr. Phaphilom became RCS’ newest fully-fledged employee. In his role as an Engineering Technician at RCS, Mr. Phaphilom creates detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software. After preparation, he reviews these designs with the engineering team, gathers product and structural requirements, and develops construction-ready design plans and specifications. Mr. Phaphilom also conducts site visits to conduct research, collect data, observe construction crews, and ensure construction is adhering to design plans as it progresses in the field. He is also adept at creating GIS databases and spreadsheets. Further, Mr. Phaphilom assists RCS’ Professional Engineers to develop proposals, engineering reports, nutrient management plans, and more.
