Brief:

Mr. Brubaker is an agricultural engineer who has been designing and permitting livestock, poultry, and agricultural waste management facilities since 2002.  He is a NRCS Technical Service Provider (TSP) in all states in which he is licensed as a Professional Engineer and is knowledgeable of NRCS conservation practice standards and construction specifications.  His agricultural waste management systems design experience includes concrete tanks, HDPE-lined ponds, anaerobic digesters, pond covers for rainwater exclusion and biogas collection, manure stacking sheds, manure and mortality composting facilities, silage leachate management, sand settling lanes, manure solids settling ponds, mechanical solids separation equipment, and waste transfer pipelines.  His stormwater management systems design experience includes retention, detention and infiltration basins, rain gardens, vegetated filter strips, seepage trenches and pits, infiltration under parking lots, and stormwater capture and reuse.  Mr. Brubaker has extensive experience using Autodesk Civil 3D, Hydraflow Hydrographs, and Hydraflow Storm Sewers.
