Brief:

Alfredo Spangenberg brings to RCS all his expertise in the areas of Hydraulic, sanitation, drainage, and environment. Since 2008, Alfredo Spangenberg has taken the role of Consultancy and Engineering Chief Operating Officer, in charge of CSI Ingenieros´ five units: Water, Environment and Territory; Roads and Transport; Industry and Construction; Detailed Engineering Delivery; and Tenders.

He has a track record of 34 years in the consultancy field, where his specialization in issues related to drinking water, sanitation and urban drainage is to be highlighted. Alfredo´s business and project management experience is notable both in Uruguay as well as abroad, in Mexico, Costa Rica, Paraguay, Brazil, Argentina and Angola.

He is part of CSI Ingenieros’ permanent staff since 1991, when he entered the firm as Project Manager in Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering.
