Brief:

Mr. Roy, President of RCS, is a technical expert with over 20 years of experience in water resources management, including the qualitative and quantitative analysis of groundwater and surface water systems, wetlands, effluent disposal, and reuse systems. He is skilled in the design, permitting, and construction of large, multi-discipline projects, including, but not limited to, groundwater and surface water supply and remediation, irrigation systems, wastewater effluent disposal, reuse systems, animal waste and nutrient management systems, solid waste management, and infrastructure rehabilitation. Mr. Roy has experience working with a wide variety of clients throughout Florida in the water resources and agricultural communities. Mr. Roy is also a licensed contractor with the State of Florida and is the President of Enviro-Tech Systems, Inc., a companion company to RCS.



Richard A. Jones, P.E.

Brief:

Mr. Jones is a professional engineer with over 32 years of experience in the design and construction of irrigation systems, surface water control structures and pump stations, groundwater wells, water treatment systems, reuse systems, and animal waste management. Mr. Jones is also a licensed contractor with the State of Florida and has been the construction manager for a wide variety of projects.



Kimberly M. McCue, P.E.

Brief:

Ms. McCue is an environmental engineer with over 12 years experience in the qualitative and quantitative analysis of groundwater and surface water systems, wetlands, and effluent disposal/reuse systems. Ms. McCue is also experienced in the design of nutrient management systems, which require a detailed understanding of surface water and stormwater systems, animal waste management, irrigation, cost estimation, permitting, and funding opportunities.



Joel G. Jordan, P.E., BCEE

Brief:

Mr. Jordan has over 14 years of professional experience. Mr. Jordan has been involved in many aspects of water resources engineering, including water and wastewater master planning, infiltration/inflow studies, permitting, stormwater modeling, and stormwater design. Mr. Jordan's primary focus is in surface water modeling and design and he has worked on over eighty such projects. Mr. Jordan has designed a wide variety of stormwater system components, including culvert improvements, ditch/canal improvements, regional treatment ponds, stormwater reuse facilities, retention ponds, swales, exfiltration trenches, baffle boxes, Vortechnics treatment unites, CDS treatment units, and wetland systems. In addition, Mr. Jordan has designed conflict boxes, sidewalks, utility improvements, and park components for multi-use stormwater facilities.

Brief:

Mr. Desmarais is a professional engineer with over 7 years of experience in the qualitative and quantitative analysis of groundwater and surface water systems, wetlands, and effluent disposal/reuse systems. Mr. Desmarais is also fully proficient in both computer-aided drafting and the development of geographic information systems.



Michelle K. Meyerhoff

Marketing Manager

Brief:

Ms. Meyerhoff is the newest member of the RCS team. She comes to the company directly after graduating with an M.B.A. in Marketing and International Business from the Crummer Graduate School of Business in Winter Park, Florida. Ms. Meyerhoff has been developing an overall marketing campaign for the services offered by RCS. In addition, Ms. Meyerhoff is instrumental in the preparation of permit applications, reports, proposals, and responses to requests for additional information from various government agencies.
